mr lensch, ben lensch's dad

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:26:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

she was awesome! She began by showing us this little kids book, called "31 Uses For A Mom," that was really cute, cuz she's an elementary school teacher, and then she had us play a stand-up-sit-down game about what we want our lives to be like when we're married, and then she told us the story of how she became a homemaker (it's AMAZING!), and then she read us her list of the top ten things she learned from being a homemaker. She was energetic and interesting, and made me want to be like her.

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:27:00 pm, Blogger forevereternalmike said...

u know how many guys signed up for the class? so many

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:27:00 pm, Blogger forevereternalmike said...

u would probably be good at that

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:28:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

lol. She told us that Samone had been telling her boys signed up for the class, and she was terrified, because she only agreed to do it because it was all girls. We had fun though, being all girls.

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:31:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

thanks. I don't think so. I've got a whole lot to learn--but I guess a long time to learn it in.
Do you want to be a chaplain or a mortician?

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:33:00 pm, Blogger forevereternalmike said...

not really. i want to rock, of course, but i just had to go to mortician cuz josh's dad is so funny. he told us about one time how people were in a plain and tried to spread a dead guy's ashes over a mountain but the wind was blowing strongly INTO the plain so they got the ashes in their face. it was funny

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:34:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

that is so gross.

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:36:00 pm, Blogger forevereternalmike said...

i know. but it was hillarious. and he told us about how this dog hung this guy. they were walking by a cliff and the leash got around the guys neck and yeah. he said "its gotta be hard to get sympathy in that case. its easy when they die in a car crash or of disease, but how do u tell people ur dog hung ur son?"

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:37:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

maybe i'm glad i didn't go to mortician...

At Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:38:00 pm, Blogger forevereternalmike said...

Hey, Megan. Yes, I am cutting my hair, but not for another week. Bother. I'm too busy tomorrow. But I AM going to get rid of this stuff!
The play went a whole lot better than I thought it would. It was really too bad that you weren't there--of course we missed you, you picked the worst day to be gone!--but we managed. We watched three Spanish videos, including yours. Are you OK? Are you coming on the choir tour?

That's so awful that you're not coming on choir tour! Are you gonna be all right? I guess you're not totally dying since you managed to crawl to the computer long enough to post...

depends.. how are the e's pronounced are they long e's or short e's is it pronounced emith or eeeeeemeeeeeeeeth?

At Sunday, May 01, 2005 1:33:00 pm, Anonymous Anonymous said...

if its pronounced emith then its not so bad but its still doesnt sound too great for a band. but thats just my opinion.

At Sunday, May 01, 2005 1:35:00 pm, Anonymous Anonymous said...

im glad that im missed and im glad that my spanish video was good. did you like my monk outfit? was their bloopers at the end?

At Sunday, May 01, 2005 3:41:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

Wait, wait, wait. Are you sure it means faithful? Because it means truth. But I'm sure it could mean both. Mr. Pfefferle told me, so I could have my penname in both Greek and Hebrew (and Latin and German!). Anyway, I think that would be a great bandname, and I even know how to spell it in Hebrew characters!
Ohhhhh, it was a monk outfit. We wondered what on earth you were supposed to be. Yeah, there were bloopers. But I liked the Bond moments the best.

At Sunday, May 01, 2005 3:42:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

OH, I get it. Faithful in Greek, Truth in Hebrew. Got it.

At Sunday, May 01, 2005 3:58:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

Are you sure? Cuz I just looked it up, and in Greek, faithful is pistos.

At Sunday, May 01, 2005 3:59:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

Which is not really the most desirable band name.

HELP!!! Ok, this morning I discovered that I had not mine, but Kelly Cassis' choir skirt! I tried calling her twice, but their not answering. Do they not answer the phone on sunday? Are they out of town? Just wondering... I really need to find out where mine is. Anyone heard anything about a extra skirt floating around?

At Sunday, May 01, 2005 4:38:00 pm, Blogger Aletheia said...

That is the weirdest thing. How did you get her skirt? I will talk to her about it at church tonight, but I don't know why they wouldn't pick up. You do need to leave a message cuz they screen their calls, you know.
I saw a skirt in the lost and found a while ago.

At Sunday, May 01, 2005 6:53:00 pm, Blogger forevereternalmike said...

my youth group leader said it was emeth, and the other word, checed, meant... uh... love. it was one of the words for love in Greek. theyve got plenty of em floatin around

Emily, please bring Kelly's skirt to school tomorrow. She doesn't have yours, and I looked in the lost and found and it's not at school, so Kelly is going to bring a black skirt for you to make do with. Hope that's OK. See ya tomorrow!

not really. You can count the bibliography, and double space, and kinda stretch it out. and he said about four pages. and once you get going, it doesn't really take long to take up four pages. Just talk for a long time about everything. Oh, and copy down the longest outline you have. :)

me either, sorry
